How to Make Yorkshire Puddings

1. Step 1

Whisk flour, eggs, milk, and salt together until smooth. Rest batter for 30 minutes.

2. Step 2

Add 1 tsp oil into each hole of a 12-hole muffin tin and heat in oven at 225°C until piping hot.

3. Step 3

Quickly pour batter into hot tins and bake for 20-25 minutes without opening oven door.
